It’s time to move beyond knowing and start doing.

You’ve read the books, attended the conferences, and heard the calls for change. Now it’s time to bring that change into your own school — one small, brave step at a time.

The Cheese on Wheels Club helps school leaders and teachers turn insight into action, creating real transformation that starts in the staff room and ripples outward.

This isn’t another program. It’s a mindset shift.

A way for schools to reignite curiosity and connection, without overwhelm and adding to burnout.

Wondering why you should trust us to lead you on this journey?

This resource is built on the collective wisdom of the TomorrowToday team: a global group of futurists, researchers, and leadership experts who have spent years helping leaders and their teams navigate change. Graeme and Jude bring this collective insight into the classroom, translating big ideas into practical support for schools.

Jude Foulston

Education Change-Maker & Director at TomorrowToday Global

Jude Foulston is an education change-maker whose work blends global future-of-work insight with lived experience as a parent navigating different learning models. Her children’s journey across mainstream schooling, unschooling, and alternative learning hubs - including their time at LearnLife’s online hub - has given her a clear, personal view of what young people need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

In 2025, Jude traveled to LearnLife in Barcelona to witness their learning ecosystem firsthand. This experience deepened her understanding of agency-based learning, adaptive skills, and the frameworks used by some of the world’s most progressive learning communities. It continues to shape her belief that education can be both rigorous and deeply human.

As a director at TomorrowToday Global, Jude has worked with a world-class futurist team supporting leaders, schools, and organisations as they navigate disruption. Her exposure to global trends and leadership insights has reinforced her conviction that meaningful educational change begins with small, practical steps and a willingness to rethink old assumptions.

Through Cheese on Wheels, Jude brings together her parent perspective, futurist background, and lived experience with innovative learning environments. Her focus is on helping teachers and school leaders make the future feel accessible, actionable, and rooted in everyday classroom realities.

Graeme Codrington

Futurist, Researcher & Co-Founder of TomorrowToday Global

Graeme Codrington is a globally respected futurist, researcher, and keynote speaker whose work focuses on helping organisations, schools, and governments understand and prepare for disruptive change. With more than twenty years of experience across 100+ countries, he brings a rare ability to translate complex global trends into practical, human-centred strategies for leaders and educators.

As a co-founder and director at TomorrowToday Global, Graeme has shaped some of the most widely used frameworks on disruptive change, future trends, and generational intelligence. He is the author of six best-selling books, including Future-Proof Your Child for the 2020s and Beyond, a key text for parents and teachers navigating an unpredictable education landscape.

Graeme also contributes his expertise as a board member at St Mary’s School, Waverley, where he helps guide future-focused thinking in practice. As a father who has encouraged agency and independent thinking in his own children, his personal experience aligns closely with the philosophy behind Cheese on Wheels: curiosity, adaptability, and meaningful change through small, brave steps.

Graeme brings deep research, global foresight, and a strong strategic backbone to the Club - ensuring every idea is rooted in credible trends and made accessible to real schools and real teachers.
